Yes, provided you choose a booking option that meets all the requirements for a registered office. Please note that each company can only register one registered office address as its head office. The registered office address is stated in external communication (e.g. website), but also in the commercial register or when registering a business.

The requirements for a registered office are

  • A summonable business address
  • Your own telephone and fax number
  • A visible company sign on the building
  • People must be (physically) present on site
  • A lockable office/room must be available

We have no hidden costs! We offer you fair prices with flexible contract terms. Simply select your desired package and you will find an overview of our monthly tariffs with all included services. Corresponding (additional) costs will only be incurred for additional services that are expressly requested separately from us.

Yes, we offer all our guests a fast WLAN or LAN connection. This is included in every one of our packages and is therefore available to you free of charge.

Yes, use of the seminar room is included in the Premium + Full Service package.

There are several parking spaces on our premises that can be used by our tenants/guests. For regular visits, however, we recommend renting your own parking space.

A space in the coworking area is generally available immediately after booking. If you need an office or a meeting room, it depends on the current availability. Please contact our support team for this. We can help you quickly and easily.

You have access to our premises around the clock, i.e. 24/7. Our range of services is available during our office hours available.

Business address:
The business address must also be a summonable address at which business and formal mail can be received.

Permanent establishment:
At a permanent establishment, the company is actually physically active and typical operating activities take place. The location of the permanent establishment is decisive in determining which trade tax multiplier is applied.

Registered office:
